I am informed by these evidence-based modalities and frameworks to provide therapy:

Narrative Therapy

A therapy approach that focuses on the stories we tell ourselves about our lives It emphasizes separating the person from the problem, meaning the therapist views the person as distinct from their struggles. This can be helpful because it allows people to see themselves as capable and resourceful, rather than defined by their challenges.


Life can feel like a story we tell ourselves; sometimes that story gets stuck.  Maybe it's a narrative of anxiety, depression, or past hurts that hold you back.  Narrative therapy offers a powerful way to rewrite your story.


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

 Used in therapy to help people identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.  Are negative thoughts running the show in your life?  Do they fuel anxiety, and depression, or just make it hard to cope?  CBT therapy can be your game-changer.
